POLICIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for considering the Lakeview Restaurant and Catering for your upcoming event. Please read the following information which we hope will assist you by answering any questions you may have in the planning of your event. Our Staff is always available to work with you.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to hold a date for your event.

This deposit will be credited to your final bill.

If for some reason you cancel your date within 30 days or less, your deposit will be forfeited.

Balance is due in cash, credit card (all major cards accepted), certified check, or money order on the day of your function.

TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE

All pricing in our brochures is subject to an 18% service charge and applicable New York State Sales Tax of 8 %

GUARANTEE

Guaranteed attendance for your event must be received by the Catering Office (1) week in advance of the event. The number will be considered a final guarantee not subject to reduction and at that time additions will be made accordingly.

DECORATIONS

The Lakeview Restaurant does not permit the affixing of any items to the walls, floor or ceiling with nails, staples, tacks, or tape.

Please Note

• Events may go past 12:00 midnight
• Because Lakeview Catering & Banquets is located within a residential community, please understand that we turn music off at 11:00PM.
• Prices are subject to change.
